The Hotel Park Ave is perfectly situated on Park Avenue in the NoMad neighborhood—just steps from great restaurants, the metro, shopping, and major attractions. It’s also within easy reach of Grand Central Station, Union Square, and Bryant Park. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and truly made our stay feel special. The recent renovation is beautifully done—luxurious, modern, and stylish. The rooms are lovely, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, and the bed linens were equally plush. The property’s amenities are excellent, featuring a well-equipped fitness center with a Peloton studio, a dedicated wellness area, and a convenient business center. We also enjoyed the hotel’s new restaurant, Park Rose, where we had a delicious breakfast each morning. Terrell was especially warm and welcoming, and we appreciated our conversations with him. James and Aaron at the bar mixed outstanding cocktails, and we always looked forward to spending time with them. We are looking forward to our next stay in a couple weeks. The Hotel Park Ave. is our new go-to hotel in Manhattan.

Great location! We walked around the city all weekend and didn't mind the 20-30 min. walk to all the popular attractions - Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, Radio City, Times Square, Central Park, etc. - they were just a quick jaunt over to and up 5th Avenue. The rooms were smaller compared to hotels in any other city, but in New York City terms they were great. We had 4 ladies in a room with 2 full beds and we were able to get around each other no problem. Bathroom was actually way bigger than I anticipated. City noises - honking horns, sirens, etc. - could barely be heard from the room. Staff were wonderful, greeted us upon check in with waters and a glass of champagne. There was always someone in the lobby keeping watch as we were coming and going. Made me feel safe as a woman traveler in NYC. Upon settling into our room there were a few housekeeping items missing, but one call to the front desk and staff brought them right up. Great service, great location, comfortable beds what more could you ask for in a NYC hotel.

Stayed here about two weeks ago. After a long day of delayed and canceled flights we finally made it to our hotel. We were welcomed in by Allen the star of the night !!! His customer service was excellent and definitely turned my frown upside down. We were out in new york for my mom’s birthday and allen made sure we were well situated which i appreciate. Our room was super nice my mom could not stop recording. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I am leaving this review out of frustration as I have been trying for five days to obtain a copy of my room folio for an expense report. I have called multiple times and sent three emails, but have not received any response. I stayed at the hotel for business and urgently need this documentation to submit my expenses. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. I hope someone can address this matter promptly. After 5 days, I received my folio so I am updating my review to a higher score. The rooms were lovely and location was great and the front desk workers were kind.

What a lovely little hotel situated right between three subway stations and countless local restaurants with delicious food and fun vibes. The staff was top notch, always with a smile and ready to assist with questions or convenience and I would definitely love to stay here in the future! They have a restaurant on site that I did not try, but it looked quite nice and stayed moderately busy. They also have a rooftop deck, but it was being renovated during my stay. The elevators were quick and the rooms included a mini fridge (very small, so don't expect to fit togo food in here in big boxes), bathrobes and a little table for two. My room had a nice peek out at Park Avenue. Grand Central is just down the street a few blocks. I was able to check in upon arriving at 1 pm with no problems ...AND, they handed me a glass of champagne. =D #nychotels #hotelparkavenue #NYC

We stayed here for a full week and it was a nice easy stay. Great access to the subway, lots of great food nearby, super walkable to lots of great places. We stayed over the week of Thanksgiving and they didn’t do room cleaning on Thanksgiving day which is generally fine, I’m all good with people getting more time off for holidays! But I wish they had provided extra towels the day before/gave us a heads up about that. The room overall was very clean and comfy. The only problem I had with the room was the bathroom door. They used a barn door style door but it didn’t rest flush against the opening to the bathroom, so you don’t get privacy while using the toilet. My husband and I often went down to the basement restrooms to take care of business lol. I was tempted to buy a crowbar to remove the trim on the floor that prevents the bathroom door from closing better, but the real fix would be an actual door that actually rests in the doorframe.

We loved staying at Hotel Park Ave. Checking in we were greeted with a glass of champagne and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. Our studio king room was spacious for NYC, well decorated and very comfortable. There are some excellent food and drink options in the immediate surrounding blocks for a quick bite and it's a great location to explore Manhattan from. We will come back here on our next trip.

Mid experience, great location. Pluses, staff was mostly friendly and locations is spectacular. Showers are actually great, which, IMO, makes up for a lot. TVs are actually decent, not tiny little antenna boxes. Watched the olympics with zero issues. Cons, crusty sheets, little mistakes like not leaving enough towels (nbd), staff answering my late night phone call like I’m his ex asking for a favor. Smells like cheap perfume in lobby, immediately gives “this place is pretending to be upscale and leaning on its location / staff” vibes. Had a payment issue, staff basically said “we can’t do anything.” Reserving judgement here, might have been the fault of a third party vender we booked through. Staff was otherwise helpful, even let us check out late. They cleaned the room daily, for which I’m grateful. You can opt out by hanging a sign on your door. The showers come with shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Not quite sure whether it was the conditioner, but my head started itching and felt dry under my beanie. Would bring from home to be safe. Quite pricey. Would probably not go back for that reason. Will stay with a friend next time.
